Alexia
Alexia has been in the industry for 6 years continuously growing her skill set and passion. She went to the Aveda Institute and that’s where beauty, eco-friendly products and practices came to be a big part of her foundation of what she cares about. Alexia is Aveda and Davines trained. With Davines she traveled to Italy and Iceland to learn more about what the industry is doing for sustainable beauty. Alexia has such a drive for continuing education. She’s taken countless men’s, women’s, and creative cutting classes, along with styling and color classes. She’s so excited to be a part of a salon where continuing education is essential. Alexia really loves connecting with her guests and having your appointment feel like you’re with a close friend. One major thing she cares about is the health and integrity of your hair. It is always the most important thing to her when working towards your hair goals. Alexia loves balayage, seamless, natural, lived in color, along with textured and blunt cuts of all lengths.
Angeles
Angeles is a skilled cosmetologist who specializes in color, haircutting and styling. She is also passionate about make-up application, offering makeup for all events, including special effects. In her consultations, she will go over your hair goals, your facial form, and identify the best look for you. Her friendly personality and expertise will keep you glowing at all times!
Bethany
Bethany has been behind the chair in the beauty industry for 7 years. After living in Breckenridge, CO for six of those years, she recently moved back to her native home of Florida. She pursues ways to find more sustainable practices and eco-friendly products. Her belief is to approach each client individually to ensure their overall needs are truly met and wants every client to feel valued. She is driven in seeking higher education which has helped her hone her skills in precision and textured cuts along with color. Improving and keeping the integrity of a person's hair health makes all the difference to reach long and short-term.
Britani
Britani is a native Floridian that has been in the hair industry for 10+ years. She enjoys creating natural, low-maintenance looks that emphasize the beauty of each one of her clients. She also specializes in hand-tied extensions and thrives on giving her clients the hair makeover they’ve always dreamed of! After attending UF in Gainesville, Britani moved to Orlando and went to hair school at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. In her free time she loves to play softball, enjoy nature and try all of the local restaurants around town. Britani is friendly and fun-loving and invites you to come feel your best in her chair!
Chelsea
Hi! My name is Chelsea Milligan, and I was born and raised in Florida. I’ve been in the industry for 11 years, and after starting my journey through Paul Mitchell. I’ve worked under several platforms artists before taking off myself, and have had the honor of winning modern salons top 100. I’ve been educated in and mastered in balayage, hand painting and blonding. I love making my clients laugh and entertain them with the thousands of weird facts I know as well as make them feel incredible inside and out. I’m always down to take on new challenges.
Dana
Dana is a Florida native raised in the sunny Sarasota area! New to Orlando they enjoy exploring new restaurants, walking in the beautiful nature parks with her fiancée and their dog. Being a lover of education they are technically trained in the french haircutting technique, the men’s method with American crew, and a variety of coloring techniques. They have loved growing with and being a part of this amazing industry for the past 12years and are super excited to find a new home with the Theory family!
Dawn
Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the hair industry! She is a master colorist and stylist, and it’s her attention to detailed color placement that keeps her appointment book full. She specializes in French balayage blonding techniques and lived-in haircuts taught by the one and only Ahn Co Tran. Education is her passion! In 2019, Dawn traveled to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil to learn their incredible blonding and haircutting techniques. As a Florida native, she enjoys kayaking, boating, and chilling at the beach during her free time!
Heather
Heather Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in the hair industry who specializes in color, education, and extensions. As a triple certified hair extension specialist and a certified colorist for prestigious brands like L’Oréal and Redken, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes. Her dedication to excellence has been acknowledged through her multiple certifications and awards. Heather’s passion for her craft shines through her dedication to education. She not only excels in creating stunning hair transformations but also enjoys sharing her expertise with fellow professionals. Through workshops and training sessions, Heather imparts her knowledge and empowers others to excel in their own hair styling endeavors. She is skilled in providing customized solutions for her clients’ unique needs. Whether it’s creating vibrant and stunning hair colors, seamless extensions, or educating future stylists, Heather’s artistry and professionalism continue to exceed expectations. Julie - Jr. Stylist
Julie first developed a love for the beauty industry growing up in her mother's salon. With a strong passion for education, she has taken countless classes on blonding, color theory and cutting techniques. In addition to being detail-oriented, she provides the best shampoo massage! Julie prioritizes hair health and communication. She specializes in lived-in color, custom cuts, and event styling. During her schooling at Aveda Institute, she was selected to participate in Beacon, a program hosted by the Professional Beauty Association. While attending in California, she learned from leading industry professionals and expanded her skill set. She spends her free time caring for her numerous pets and creating custom enclosures for her reptiles. Her large pet family is her favorite hobby! Julie would love to work together to create your dream hair. She can’t wait to meet you!
Kelly
Kelly is a graduate of the Aveda Institute of Orlando, her hometown! Since graduation she has mentored under numerous master stylists in salons all the way from Jacksonville to new Smyrna and finally back home where she has settled into her roots. Kelly specializes in dimensional lived in color, textured haircuts and enjoys building personal relationships with her clients. She values communication with her guests and strives to ensure every person leaves her chair with the hair of their dreams.
Michaela
Michaela has been a hairstylist for over 5 years after graduating from Aveda! Creating beautiful hair has always been her biggest passion! Her favorite looks to create range from vibrant and bold color to low maintenance, lived in balayage, blunt bobs or a fresh install of your dream extensions! Creating your dream hair is her number one priority! Michaela will always make your heair health her top proirity, empower you with proper home care and advice you on professional styling techniques.
Rae
Although her name is Desiree, she goes by Rae (wich was childhood nickname for "ray of sunshine". Rae always has a big smile on her face and always try to find the light in any situation. Ensuring her clients feel confident when leaving is her top priority. She has always seen hair as a creative outlet and a way to connect with/ empower people of any gender. Rae has been in the beauty industry for 5 years and is obsessed with making hair dreams a reality! She specializes in blonding, lived in color and keeping your hair feeling as healthy as possible. If she’s not at work she is either at Disney or playing video games (my current game obsession is Hogwarts Legacy and Valorant)!
Sarah
Sarah is a true Florida native, born and raised right here in Orlando. She loves the ‘city beautiful’ and loves helping to make it that way! She attended Paul Mitchell The School in 2012. She’s a cutting specialist and really enjoys short cuts and pixie cuts. She spends her free time finding new restaurants and bars to try with her husband!
Shawna
Shawna is a fun loving stylist who has over 9 years of experience in the industry. As a former educator and lover of all things beauty, she has become the most diverse artist! Her specialties range from creative haircuts, blonding, rich lived in color, vivids and curly hair. She makes it her personal goal in giving exceptional care and an incredible salon experience!

I love my salon team and the impact they are able to make on our community every day. Courtney - Salon Manager
Courtney specializes in communication, management and guest relations. She hopes to use these skills to encourage her team, the guests and even people she’s ever met before, to share their stories and lean into who they are. She believes that every person has a story, that their story matters and is worth sharing. Additionally, she is the Director of Community Engagement at Kindred UMC. Courtney is inspired daily by the people she gets to meet, connect with, and serve. In her free time, Courtney hosts an Enneagram podcast, goes to a boxing gym and is very invested in the Bachelor Franchise.
