Alex

Alex was born and raised in Illinois. He moved to Orlando to enjoy sunshine year round! Graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2015, He discovered right away his love for cutting and coloring, especially blonding. Alex finds inspiration in his clients to be the best person and stylist he can be, continuing education is very important in doing so. His main goal is to make you feel beautiful inside and out, while maintaining healthy shiny hair. When he’s not in the salon you can find him at the beach or hanging with friends, but most likely spending time with his dog Luna.

Alicia

Alicia has always had a passion for hair since she was little, I mean growing up in a house with a mom AND dad that are both hairdressers, how could she not?! Alicia loves making people feel their absolute best and most confident, whether it’s going blonder or experimenting with a new look!! In addition to hair Alicia likes to play with dogs and fashion (bargain hunting is her favorite!) Alicia is also a true October baby, she loves Halloween and fall time. Alicia is excited to work at Theory and meet you!

Angelina

Angelina is happily married with 2 kids, 1 dog and too many plants to count! She is proudly of Puerto Rican and Dominican heritage and a native of South Florida.
Angelina has been behind the chair for 11 years and specializes in
curly cuts, balayage, blonding, advanced foiling, extensions, updos and color corrections. Her favorite part of being a hairstylist is seeing the change in her clients after their hair is done and the connections she’s made over the years with her wonderful clients. Her main concern is to always respect the integrity of the hair before anything else, and prides herself in being honest with her clients about realistic expectations, hair goals and at home-care.

Anna

Anna brings 11+ years of experience and belives that education has been the key to her growth and success. She has a fun-loving, positive energy and prides herself on developing and maintaining close relationships with her loyal following. She has a loving husband named Michael and a Golden Retriever that they absolutely adore named Morgan♡. She enjoys being active and outdoors, watching crime documentaries, mindless reality tv, listening to podcasts, writing, and she’s fascinated with all elements of psychology. She is particularly passionate about creating effortless, lived-in hair. color. Her specialties include dry cutting, hair extensions, hand painted balayage, blonding techniques, advanced foil work and color correcting. The health and integrity of your hair will always be her top priority! She will always work hard to make sure all of her clients feel specialand confident. Anna finds it essential to consider her client’s lifestyle and maintenance desires when designing a new look, and wants all of her clients to look and feel more beautiful than ever. As your stylist Anna promises to stay consistent, grow in her craft through educational training and to always give you a space where you feel heard and deeply understood.

Asha

Asha grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and has always loved being outdoors, exploring new places and meeting new people. She was always very creative and knew she wanted to do something in the beauty industry. Asha completed cosmetology school in Texas and just moved to Florida in 2022. Since moving, she’s begun to call Florida herforever home after falling in love with the community, the beautiful land and city life. Her favorite looks to create are natural, lived in color, and loves to do big transformations! She belives that open communication is the key to chieving your hair goals, along with creating a healthy hair plan for you. One of Asha’s favorite things about doing hair is making connections with everyone in herchair. She wants you to feel your best when you walk out the door, and can't wait to meet you!

Camille

Camille has been in the beauty industry since 2013, although she has been doing hair and makeup since she was in high school! She specializes in blondes, balayage and color corrections. She loves a challenge and is committed to creating anything her clients desire. Staying up to date with all of the newest trends and techniques keeps her work fresh, current and fun! Her patience and attention to detail are a couple of the things her clients love most about her. Camille is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and confident. She is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty. Being able to empower women and help them look and feel their best is what she loves most about her career! Outside of the salon Camille enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with her husband and children!

Colleen

Colleen is a Florida native who has a passion for all things beauty and art. She started her journey at the Aveda Institute of South Florida in 2018, and in early 2021 she moved to Orlando to branch out into a new environment! She loves learning new techniques, personalizing every experience for her guests and strives for a refreshing experience that always include a relaxing scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. She’s a color specialist experienced with all hair types who also loves a fun haircut! Her specialties also include lived in looks, hand painted balayage, foliage, natural color, & vivid color. There’s nothing she isn’t invested in when it comes to your hair and overall hair health! She will always make it a priority to help you achieve your hair goals.

Emily

Emily found her passion for the beauty industry in high school! She was always the last to be ready because she loved prepping all of her friends’ hair and make-up. This inspired her to attend the Aveda Institute of Orlando to take something she had a true passion for, and turn it into her reality. Since graduating in 2018, Emily has been dedicated to continuing her education to ensure her clients will experience the newest trends and techniques. She specializes in lived-in color, blonding, balayage and textured haircuts. Her number one goal behind the chair is to protect the health and integrity of the hair while making sure each client leaves feeling like their best, most confident self. Outside of the salon, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and relaxing at the beach.

Gabby

Gabby has been in the beauty industry since 2015. She specializes in Blonding, Balayage, & Color Melts. Communication is key for her, so a thorough consultation is always talked through before an appointment will begin. Being on the same page with your hair goals are her first priority! Gabby was raised in Orlando, but was born in Pennsylvania. She has a love for 90s R&B, horoscopes, Diet Coke, & Italian food. She fell in love with this industry just by being a client herself. She knows how important it is to connect with her clients on a personal level, walking out with a gorgeous new look is only half the fun. You should feel amazing both on the inside & the out when you leave her chair!

Haley

Haley graduated from Tenaj Salon Institute 3 years ago and has since built a loving and loyal clientele. She is passionate about all things extensions and dimensional color. When she’s not creating hair magic, you can find her hanging out with her 2 fur babies or trying out a new restaurant.

Idenise

Idenise has spent the last 16 years as a stylist in Orlando, FL. She is obsessed with healthy hair and enhancing the look of each individual client! She is experienced in precision cutting, lived-in color, extensions and smoothing treatments. She loves combining her love for fashion and helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Krisi

Krisi Vaughn comes to us from Portland Oregon with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her extensive training includes Cutting with Aveda, Bumble & Bumble, Toni & Guy and L’oreal Professionel. She customizes her client’s hair color by using her knowledge of color theory from her years as a Professional Makeup Artist. She finds her inspiration in street style and fashion, and has always been fascinated by how changing your hair can completely transform you.Through her thorough consultation, she will create customized looks that are uniquely suited to you. Her goal with all of her clients is to create hair that will look good from the day you visit till you return for your next appointment. From perfectly tousled & textured sun kissed balayage to very maintenance friendly platinum blondes, classic cuts to current trends, Krisi is going to get your hair where you want it to be. Knowledgable in all hair types and textures, she can make your mane uniquely your own.

Lexie

Lexie has been in the industry for the past 4+ years specializing in blondes, color corrections and extensions. Lexie is a serial foiler. Clients often say “I’ve never had so many foils in my head before.” She is determined to give girls the blonde of their dreams while still maintaining the health of their hair. From corrective color to subtle changes, color is her forte, and she loves a good challenge. She enjoys helping her clients fix previous color mishaps, find the perfect color to match their lifestyle, and educate clients on how to style and keep their hair long lasting between services. Lexie continues to take classes and is dedicated on educating herself on the newest and latest trends in the hair industry. She has been married for 5 years and has two beautiful children. She is addicted to all things Bachelor Nation and enjoys talking about anything reality TV related. She loves getting to know and befriend her clients to create a comfortable and fun experience every time you sit in her chair. Her main goal is for everyone to walk out feeling more beautiful and confident then when they first sat down.

Mae

Megan grew up in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. As a hairstylist, she loves that she has the ability to connect with different people, make them feel valued, refreshed and beautiful from the inside out! Megan is passionate about brunette balayage, blonding, lived in color and is always ready to help you spice things up with something new! She values continuing education and mastering new trends. In her free time, she enjoys traveling for missionary opportunities, doing functional workouts and spending time with her sweet pup, Nelli.

Michelle - Jr. Stylist

Michelle was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to florida in 2005. She began her career in the hair ndustry in 2018 and has had a drive for education ever since! Michelle has had a passion for hair since she was a little girl. She cares about the integrity and health of every client who sits in her chair. Michelle specializes in all things curly hair. As a curly hair girl herself, she loves to make her textured hair clients feel great about having curly hair, and loves to educate them on how to properly take care of their curls at home. She also loves to bake for her coworkers.

Morgan Ford

Meet Morgan and her forever muse, Frank (her dog)! Raised in sunny Key West, FL, beach culture has been the driving force behind Morgan’s approach to laid-back, effortless and luxurious beach hair. She is forever trying to mimic the sun and saltwater effects it has on the hair.
In the 16 years of her career Morgan has grown to love making you feel like the best version of yourself. Morgan transforms your relationship with your hair, making it easier for you to style (or not) by offering a unique touch that is both visually high-impact and physically low-maintenance.
Creative, versatile and passionate about her craft, Morgan firmly believes that hair should be a collaboration between artist and client. Her interest in people and the different ways they express themselves is always at the forefront of her creative process. If you’re looking for luxurious beach hair, Morgan’s ya girl.

Morgan Grimm

Morgan has had a passion for hair & beauty since she can remember! Making people feel good with the way they look and uplifted through conversation is her favorite part of the job. Morgan has been a licensed cosmetologist for the last 5 years and recently relocated from Sarasota, FL When she’s not in the salon, you can find her out & about with my pet children and amazing life partner. Hair color is her biggest passion. Morgan is a perfectionist when it comes to hair color! She is a blonding & dimensional hair color specialist, but loves it all! Her goal with each client is to understand their needs and hair goals, while communicating what is achievable during each service. She is continuously attending new classes and learning. Morgan is currently accepting new color clients would love nothing more than to make you look and feel your best. LGBTQ+ safe space. Let Morgan be your new hair bestie!

Sami

Sami Nicole is a passionate 22-year-old hairstylist who uplifts and inspires others through her craft. Specializing in textured hair with certifications in Rezo and Cado techniques, Sami aspires to innovate cutting, coloring and styling methods for curly hair. Her ultimate goal is to own a salon while collaborating with global brands. Committed to continuous learning, she values building lasting connections with clients, offering more than just a hair service, a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impact.

Sandrelly

Sandrelly is a graduate of the Aveda Institute in Orlando and mentored under master balayage & extension stylists after graduation. She values continuing education and keeping up with the latest trends. She loves working with all hair types and all things blonding! Her goal with each client is to understand their needs and hair goals, while communicating what is achievable during each service as well as educating them on how to maintain their style in between services. Sandrelly is passionate about making her clients feel more beautiful and confident than when they arrived.

Star

Star has been in the beauty industry for over 3 years. She has a passion for people and loves to inspire them to reach their full beauty potential. Education is at her core. She has taken more hair education classes in 3 years than most hairstylists have in their entire career! She prides herself in providing and amazing salon experience every time. Star specializes in lived-in hair, blondes and balayage. Her goal is to empower you by making you look and feel beautiful!

Sydney

Sydney has been in the beauty industry for 2+ years, although she has been doing hair for as long as she can remember! She is very passionate about helping her clients find the best cut, color and style for their lifestyle, as well as educating clients on how to maintain the health of their hair in between appointments. Sydney loves to create a fun and relaxing experience for her clients at every visit, and her main goal is for every client to walk out feeling more confident and beautiful then when they walked in. Sydney was born and raised in Orlando and spent most of her time in the pool swimming competitively. In her free time, she loves to be with her husband and daughter and their two precious pups, Olive and Alfie.

Sophie

Sophia was born in San Francisco but has called Orlando home since she was 10 years old. After attending Aveda Institute, her foundation was solidified by general assisting, personally assisting and finishing the Theory apprentice program. She is passionate about ALL types of blonding and balayage and loves a challenge. In her free time she likes to hang out by the beach or pool, and loves all things relaxing.

Taylor B

Taylor has been passionate about hair for as long as she can remember. She specializes in lived in color, french balayage, blonding, lived in color and textured haircuts. Taylor’s focus behind the chair is to prioritize the health and integrity of your hair, while making sure you leave feeling like your most beautiful and vibrant self. As an Orlando native ,Taylor spends her free time going to concerts, cooking, and reading a good book!

Vanessa

Vanessa has spent the past five years perfecting her craft! She is ontinuously learning and staying up to date with the latest lived in color and blonding/balayage trends and techniques. She possesses an artist's eye; detailed until it's perfect. In addition to her love of hair, Vanessa is happily married and values the importance of family and relationships. She enjoys building relationships with her clients that go beyond just hair care. On her free time you will catch her at the beach or traveling with her family.

I love my salon team and the impact they are able to make on our community every day. Courtney - Salon Manager

Courtney specializes in communication, management and guest relations. She hopes to use these skills to encourage her team, the guests and even people she’s ever met before, to share their stories and lean into who they are. She believes that every person has a story, that their story matters and is worth sharing. Additionally, she is the Director of Community Engagement at Kindred UMC. Courtney is inspired daily by the people she gets to meet, connect with, and serve. In her free time, Courtney hosts an Enneagram podcast, goes to a boxing gym and is very invested in the Bachelor Franchise.
